Before you send

It depends on the weight or size of what you send, where in Kenya it is going, sea or air, and whether we collect it. Tell us what you are sending and we will reply with a price, usually within one working day.

Every shipment is different, so we price each one - that way you pay for what you actually send. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.

Some items cannot be shipped, such as flammable liquids, gas canisters and weapons, and some need paperwork. [Kisaf to provide the full list of prohibited and restricted items.] Ask us before you pack if you're not sure.

Use strong boxes or barrels, fill empty space so nothing moves, and seal them well. Don't write names or addresses on the outside - we label every piece with a tracking number. [Kisaf to confirm packing guidance.]

Sea freight takes around [X–Y] weeks to Mombasa and air freight around [X–Y] days, plus customs clearance. We message you at every step.

Your tracking number and photo ID. If someone else is collecting for you, tell us their name first. Any balance and storage charges are settled at collection.
