1. Our service

Collection or drop-off in the UK, carriage by sea or air to Mombasa, customs clearance, storage, onward delivery to our branches, and release to you or your named contact.

2. Quotes and prices

Every shipment is quoted individually. [How quotes are confirmed, how long they last, and what can change the final price - for example the actual weight or volume.]

3. What you may send

[Prohibited and restricted items, your responsibility for packing and for declaring contents and value truthfully.]

4. Payment

[When payment is due, accepted methods, and that cargo is released only when the balance and any storage charges are paid.]

5. Customs and duty

[Who pays duty and taxes, and what happens if customs hold or inspect goods.]

6. Storage and uncollected goods

[The free period after your cargo is ready, daily storage charges after it, and what happens to goods not collected.]

7. Liability and insurance

[Limits of liability, optional insurance, and how to make a claim for loss or damage.]

8. Collection in Kenya

Cargo is released on the tracking number and photo ID of the customer or the contact they named. [ID accepted and any copy kept.]

9. Complaints and law

[How to complain, and the governing law and jurisdiction.]
